- Recording of communication and promotion strategy of the implementation area in cooperation with local and regional authorities
- Selection of a Brand name for the local cultural industry in line with the Branding of the implementation area
- Design of the templates for the communication material of the cluster (posters, leaflets, flyers, presentations, newsletters, press releases etc)
- Drafting a simplified guide regarding the brand strategy (practical guidelines for local actors and entrepreneurs in cultural industry for the implementation of brand strategy)
- Organizing current events in a common agenda and design new (LB for Arta, PB4 for Vlora, PB5 for Korca, PB6 for Corfu).
- Drafting a single cultural program of the yearly events of the region divided in time of implementation and the content of the events
- Individual and group meetings for the co-ordination of beneficiaries, promotion of cooperation and transfer of know-how
- Drafting proposals, suggestions and plans for coordinating actions at local level and creating economies of scale – Suggestions for creating new events and consolidating existing ones
- Seminars and Training Workshops for potential cluster members
